Yes, our furniture uses a complete KD (Knock-Down) design. All products come with detailed assembly instructions and necessary accessories for easy installation. Our design aims to maximize logistics cost reduction and efficiency while facilitating quick assembly and display by dealers at their destination.
Our furniture primarily uses high-quality pine wood, combined with PB board, MDF board, and PLYWOOD materials, finished with environmentally friendly water-based coating processes that fully comply with high European and American market health and environmental standards. This diverse material combination not only enhances furniture stability and durability but also demonstrates our commitment to environmental protection. We focus on providing dealers and wholesalers with products that meet international environmental standards, satisfying customer demands for safe, healthy, and environmentally friendly furniture.
Currently, we offer limited customization options. You can contact our customer service to learn about specific feasible solutions, including color adjustments or size modifications. We will do our best to meet your needs, such as combining bunk beds with cabinets or desks for multi-functional designs.
The minimum order quantity is one container. Our factory can also provide samples according to dealers' needs and offer sample verification services. This not only flexibly meets diverse market demands but also helps maintain production efficiency and cost control, providing more reliable support for dealers.
Generally, new product development time varies. We have a dedicated sampling department to complete samples and quotations as quickly as possible. From formal order to shipment typically takes about 40 days.
